Aluminum Recovery Technologies
Summary Of Position: Maintaining production operations during work shift as directed.
Principal Duties and Functions:
Maintaining all furnace systems, drying systems and processes ensuring all production schedules are met.
Monitoring the recovery being generated.
Making certain aluminum sows are weighed and marked properly.
Responsible for accurate sampling procedures are followed, sort samples by furnace load run and submit them for analysis.
Oversee the safe and proper operation of all equipment / mobile equipment required for productions operations for his/her shift.
Coach and enforce employees on all plant safety rules, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Industrial Maintenance experience required.
Must know how to Stick weld, along with metal fabricating and the use of a cutting torch.
Knowledge of basic electricity.
Experience using voltmeter, amp meter, checking for blown fuses.
Basic pneumatic and hydraulics experience.
Multi-craft experience.
Must have own tools.
Foundry environment- Experience in a foundry a plus.
Welding test at Interview Required (will need own welding helmet and gloves).
